Parents/students can then go online and select either/both a polo and quarter zip (depending on what you originally ordered). You can either order the same size as per last year or a different size if they prefer. But you must provide us with their original order number so we can cross reference the quantities and make sure we use the same approved names as per last year. So, for example if a student only ordered 1 quarter zip and 2 polos last year (and all garments have a print issue) the student cannot change their order to 2 quarter zips and 1 polo. It must be the same quantities.
Furthermore, you must also send us an email to orders@fcw.com.au in the subject heading of ‘Keilor Downs College – print issue and your new order number (for eg: 62789-2022)’. You must also take a photo of the back of the faulty garment(s) which MUST include the students embroidered/heatpress name in the same photo. These photos MUST be attached to the email. Orders without providing a photo via email will not be processed.
