Our Australian made track jacket styles itself and is totally customisable. At Fashion Clubwear we specialise in custom made garments, made in Australia so if you can imagine it, we would love to make it for you!

You can create your own design using our Design Your Own tool or send us a sketch/image of what you had in mind and we will happily work from that. Our track jackets are made with a heavy weight poly/cotton fleece that’s super soft and fluffy on the inside. When we say ‘custom made’ we mean you can add contrast sleeve hoops, panels, piping, change the zip and inside collar colour as well as choose from either a kangaroo or inseam pockets.

Our standard track jacket includes a front embroidered logo, contrast collar lining, individualised heat press nickname and applique/embroidery or 1/2 colour screen print on the back.

Unlike some companies that may have an office in Australia but actually make their garments offshore, at Fashion Clubwear we are very passionate about supporting and promoting the local industry and that’s why we still manufacture in Australia. That means your garment will actually have a label saying ‘Made in Australia’. This means you can buy your track jacket with confidence knowing that you are supporting a local company that supports its workers.

Embroidery
Embroidery

A process whereby an embroidery machine is used to create a variety of patterns on textiles. At Fashion Clubwear we provide multiple colours and design options. Perfect for fine high quality detail.

Applique
Applique

Ornamental needlework done by machine in which a piece of fabric is sewn on to a larger piece to form a picture or pattern. The artwork becomes very outstanding and adds another dimension to the garment especially if contrasting colours are used.

Embroidered Nickname
Embroidered Nickname

Embroidered nicknames are done by machine for high quality and precision. Multiple fonts are available to choose from.

Screen Printing
Screen Printing

This is a method in which the ink is applied directly to the fabric via screens. For each colour to be printed a separate screen is prepared and this produces a totally unique visual work. Our artisans are highly experienced in this field of work.

Sublimation
Sublimation

A process by which sublimation dyes are printed onto sublimation paper. Those dyes are then transferred to a garment under the heat and pressure delivered by a commercial heat press. The print is actually a part of the garment/coating and doesn’t add any texture or weight to the garment. Endless possibilities.

Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)
Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)

A specialty vinyl material this is used to decorate or personalise garments such as nicknames. HTV contains a heat-activated adhesive backing, which allows the vinyl to permanently transfer to your garment. Available in a range of colours.

Digital Transfer Printing
Digital Transfer Printing

A method of producing full colour designs which are too complex to be screen printed. The image is printed onto white transfer paper for increased colour vibrancy and then a heat process is implemented.
